He works with executives on a 1:1 basis or as teams and with organisations to improve client-driven business results, by improving the way strategy is implemented, or the way teams and individuals work on a daily basis.
Clients benefit from his deep insight into strategy, implementing change, skills improvement and leadership. Rowan spent 20 years in the Royal Marines, including two years in The Royal Household, and has an MBA from Cranfield.
In the last 18 years he has led strategy implementation workshops and facilitated executive teams in 40 companies, in 17 industries in over 30 countries. He speaks basic German, French and Swedish, and is an NLP Business Practitioner. He is the founder of CMI.
